How We Started
Built From the Ground Up
Prestige Deck Builders was founded in 2016 by Benjamin Hidalgo, a carpenter who spent a decade working for other contractors before deciding to do things his own way. The company started with one truck, one crew, and a reputation for showing up on time and doing the job right.
Since 2016, we've grown into one of Toronto's most trusted outdoor construction companies — building custom decks, fences, sheds, and outdoor living spaces across the GTA. We've never taken a shortcut, never used a substandard material, and never walked away from a job we weren't proud of.
